Active Seniors

FREE with membership

Tuesday & Thursday - 9 a.m.

This class will focus on total body, core strength, and balance while incorporating stretching moves. This 45 minute class is a great way for all seniors to improve overall flexibility and strength while increasing their balance and stability. This class can be modified to fit your needs and may be done seated or standing and may utilize a variety of equipment such as resistant bands and light dumbbells.

After Yoga

Monster Monday Cardio Class - 6 weeks only

FREE with membership

$30 for non-members

Monday nights at 6:00

starts - January 20, 2020

ends - February 24, 2020

This 45 minute class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and have you sweating in no time. It's a great way for you to squeeze in some extra cardio sessions and burn off the "bulge". This class may utilize a variety of equipment such as resistant bands, light dumbbells, medicine balls, sliders, plyo boxes, and steps.
